Simple Pleasures-Fruit Plate
Few things are as satisfying as a simple plate of cool assorted fruits livened up with citrus juices and mint leaves on a hot summer day .
Ingredients :
2 cups assorted fruits of your choice
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp orange juice
A pinch of salt
5-6 fresh mint leaves finely chopped
1/2 tsp chaat masala
Mix the lemon and orange juices with salt,chaat masala and mint leaves. Pour over the fruits and toss them well. Chill for 1/2 an hour before serving.
