2 ripe Alphonso or Atoulfo (Champagne) mangoes[ these have a smooth fibre- free pulp]
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1 tsp Pure Madagascar Bourbon vanilla extract
2 scoops of French Vanilla icecream ( I prefer Haagen Daaz)
1 tbsp sugar or as per taste
Peel,cut and chop the mangoes and bananas in chunks and place them in a blender.Add to them the milk,icecream,vanilla extract and sugar and blend to a smooth finish. Serve chilled with extra icecream .
